When I first started out on my health journey, I was navigating this crazy world of nutrition on my own. I bounced between diets and theories looking for the ‘one perfect diet’. The more books I read and experts I listened to, the more confusing it seemed.
Then the clouds parted and the sun shined in and I realized, THERE IS NO PERFECT DIET!!! There, I said it! YES, there are many things that we can all benefit from, but I am not necessarily going to thrive on the same diet as you. In fact, I may not be happy with the same diet I was eating 5 years ago. We all need to listen to our own body and figure out what it needs. This can be tricky, but with help and a roadmap, getting there can be easier than you thought.
My job as a Health Coach is to be a knowledgeable advisor who provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.

Group coaching is a group program designed to get you on the fast track to health.
You will discover what diet is right for YOU, how to get to healthy and feel good about yourself, your body and truly flourish in your life.
Every week, we will ‘meet’ over the phone or on zoom and discuss a new topic each week. After every session you will receive handouts and additional information for you to keep and refer to later.
You will be part of an intimate Facebook group that is there for support and encouragement. You will also have email access to me in between sessions if you need to clarify anything we went over.
Special group programs roll out throughout the year.
